Moucheeser (0.2.1-3-pre-alpha)

Update Moucheeser to 0.2.1-3-pre-alpha

In this update:
- Removed the old UI, added a new and much better game UI;
- (Interface) Added main menu (Upper right corner);
- (Interface) Added binds menu (Main menu > Binds);
- (Interface) Added view time left current round;
- (Interface) Added view current identificator round;
- Added buttons to clear the binds;
- Added 3 new maps;
- Changed the duration of the current round (old 60 seconds, new 90 seconds);
- Fixed change of binds with the left mouse button.
